Flexible welding rope is a nickel core flexible rod coated with both fused tungsten carbide (FTC) and Ni-Cr-B-Si developed for oxyacetylene welding.
It is made with cast tungsten carbide and self-fluxing nickel alloy on the nickel wire. The cast tungsten carbide has an irregular shape, high hardness about 2200 HV0.1 and excellent wear resistance. The self-fluxing nickel alloy powder has a spherical or nearly spherical shape, high wettability with cast tungsten carbide.

The welding layer has an extremely effective protection against erosive and abrasive attack. It is highly recommended using in mining, drilling and agricultural equipment as well as chemical and food processing industries.
