PTA Welding Machine for Engine Valve

Since 2008, we have sold 218 sets different kinds of PTA machine including:

Our PTA engineer worked in Shanghai Stellite Co., Ltd for more than 25 years, and our biggest strength is PTA machine for engine valves that have two types. One is for engine valve stem tips, and another is for engine valve face. For engine valve face PTA machine, it is comprised of automatic type and semi-automatic type, semi-automatic means feeding valve should be finished by hand.
Some typical welding parameters:

• Workpiece valve seat diameter: 18 – 60 mm
• Workpiece rod diameter: 3.5 – 8 mm. For bigger diameter, we can customize.
• Workpiece length: 65 – 120 mm
• Cycle time: valve seat is around 12 sec per pcs, valve head is around 4.8 secs per pcs.
