Welding Parameter

• Striking current: 30 A (100 %)
• Transferred arc current: 0 – 300 A (100 %)
• Powder feeder: Feed speed 6 – 60 g/min, load volume 18 kg
• Welding gun: Welding current 5 – 250 A, direct-cooling nozzle, outside powder feeding
• Center gas flow rate: 0.6 – 6 L/min
• Powder feeder gas flow rate: 0.6 – 6 L/min
• Protective gas flow rate: 1.6 – 16 L/min
• Positioning turntable: CNC motor, rotating speed 0.05 – 5.0 RPM, inclining range -45° to +45°
• Oscillator: CNC motor, swing speed is 360 – 2400 mm/min, swing width is ±30 mm, swing center adjust range is 130 mm
• Beam move: Manual, valid range 400 mm
• Cooling water tank: Provide constant temperature and hydraulic pressure to welding gun and turntable. Cooling ability is 6000 kcal/h. Cooling water temperature control range is +5 ℃ to +30 ℃. Control accuracy is ±1℃. Environmental temperature should be lower than 35 ℃. Water tank volume is 18 L (need deionized water)
• Gas tube and water cooling cable components: 4.5 m long gas or water tube components used to connect welding gun with control cabinet

Install Requirement

Preparation below should be ready before equipment arriving:

• Power supply: one 380 VAC ± 10 %, 65 A air switch; one 380 VAC, 15 A air switch
• Gas supply: Bottled industrial pure argon with 99.99 % purity. Provide oxygen decompression valve (low pressure range 0 – 4 kg/cm²)
• Provide 40 kg deionized water
